Self-Pay Rates
For self-pay patients, there is an out-of-pocket cost of $145 for a clinician visit to evaluate and manage symptoms. This price already reflects a discount from the full rate for payment at the time of service, and it includes lab draws, in-office lab tests (such as pregnancy, glucose, urinalysis), and certain minor treatments. Prices for additional services are listed below. Patients will receive direct bills from outside lab companies and from Synergy Orthopedics for medical equipment.
