Do I need an appointment?

No, appointments are not necessary, but they are available for your convenience and you can schedule them online.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. See the full list here. Please bring your insurance cards when you visit.

It’s no problem if you don’t have insurance. We also offer affordable self-pay options and accept most major credit and debit cards.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely. We’re no strangers to boo-boos and tummy aches. From injuries to sudden illness, your child and you will both feel better as soon as you walk in. For a non-life-threatening condition, there’s no need to wait in the ER – stop by your local vybe and be seen today.

May my child or I come for physicals and vaccinations?

Yes. We offer many physical exam options, covering school, work, and sports physicals. We also do various kinds of immunizations and testing. Now that flu season is here, drop by for your flu shot any time. We provide flu shots for children aged 6 months and older.

Where are you located?

We have 10+ urgent care centers throughout Greater Philadelphia. Our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m., and Weekends 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Holiday hours may vary.
