vybe urgent care is proud to be a contracted network provider with the VA health plans. Everyone deserves great care, and we’re thrilled that Veterans in our communities will now have access to convenient, same-day treatment for a full range of urgent care services including x-rays. vybe offers extended hours during the week and on weekends, online check-in to reduce wait times, phone charging stations, and free coffee–all to help ease the stress associated with an illness or injury.

How do I know if I’m eligible to receive VA-covered care at vybe urgent care?
To be eligible to receive VA-covered urgent care at vybe, veterans must be enrolled in the VA health system AND have received care through either the VA or a community provider within the last 24 months. To confirm your eligibility, contact your local VA center either by phone or in person. Once you confirm your eligibility, you do not need prior authorization from the VA to receive treatment at vybe.
What services are covered at vybe urgent care?
A visit to vybe is covered to help treat injuries and illnesses that require immediate attention, but are not life-threatening–for example, cold & flu, sprains, cuts & stitches, and diagnostic x-rays. Although flu shots are covered by the VA program, other preventative care is not. The VA does not publish a specific list of covered services, so please check in advance if you have questions.
How can I confirm that vybe will use my VA benefits?
Upon arrival at vybe, please confirm that you will be using your VA benefit for care. Our team will then confirm your eligibility. You may potentially be charged a copayment, and after that, you’re good to go!
How much is the copay?
While there is no limit to the number of times a veteran can visit a vybe urgent care for treatment, the copay varies based on visit frequency and the veteran’s priority group. No copay is required for a visit that consists only of a flu shot.

What happens if I am prescribed medication during my visit?
If you’re prescribed medication during your visit, you can fill up to a 14-day supply of medication under the VA program. If a prescription is filled at a non-VA network pharmacy, which includes the pharmacy at vybe, veterans must pay for the prescription and then file a reimbursement claim at their local VA. Can my family take advantage of this program?
Only eligible veterans can use this benefit, and it is non-transferable.
