vybe urgent care is an in-network provider for VA health plans and TRICARE. We’re proud to provide Veterans and active duty service members access to a wide range of urgent care services.
VA Health Plans
To be eligible for a visit to vybe, Veterans must be enrolled in the VA health care system AND have received care through VA from either a VA or community provider within the past 24 months. To confirm your eligibility, contact your local VA center by phone or in person. Once you confirm your eligibility, you do not need prior authorization from the VA to receive treatment at vybe.
TRICARE
If you’re enrolled in a TRICARE plan, please call your member services number or visit https://tricare.mil/Costs/HealthPlanCosts and select the type of plan you have. Once selected, it will provide your urgent care benefits and requirements.
To determine if a referral or prior authorization is needed to be seen at vybe, TRICARE members can reach out to their Primary Care Manager or use the following link: https://tricare.mil/FindDoctor/Appointments/Referrals
What services are covered at vybe urgent care?
A visit to vybe is covered to help treat injuries and illnesses that require immediate attention but are not life-threatening, such as cold & flu, sprains, cuts & stitches, and diagnostic x-rays. Although the VA urgent care benefit and TRICARE cover flu shots, other preventative care is not.
How much is the copay?
- For those with the VA, copays vary based on visit frequency and priority group. For more information about copays, please visit the VA’s website.
- TRICARE members can use the TRICARE Compare Cost Tool to learn more about deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.
What happens if I am prescribed medication during my visit?
vybe is a non-network pharmacy for both the VA health plan and TRICARE. Patients must pay for the prescription and then file a reimbursement claim to their local carrier.
