Great care is even better when it’s at a great price. From June 1–August 31, camp physicals at vybe are $40* (regularly $50). Even if your child’s camp doesn’t require a physical, come on in! It’s always a good idea to ensure your child has a clean bill of health and is ready to take on whatever summer has in store.

Why physicals are important.
Physicals can play a big role in your child’s success by:
- Assessing their ability to participate in school activities and athletic events
- Shedding light on any conditions or concerns that might impact their academic progress
In Pennsylvania, all public schools require that students have a minimum of three physicals throughout their school career–upon original entry, grade 6, and grade 11. Check with your child’s school for specific requirements.
Prior to any student participating in Practices, Inter-School Practices, Scrimmages, and/or Contests, at any PIAA member school, a student is required to complete a Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (CIPPE).
Frequently Asked Questions
Pennsylvania Public School Code requires physicals to be completed within four months prior to the start of the school year.
Please print out and bring all required forms or any other paperwork required by the camp. If there are fields that need to be filled out by a parent, they should be completed prior to the physical exam. Also, please bring any necessary medical records and vaccine history for the clinician to review.
During your child’s camp physical, a vybe clinician will:
• Review of your child’s medical records and family history
• Check vital signs, height, and weight
• Provide medication authorization, if needed
• Advise on any dietary restrictions or physical activity limitations
• Perform a vaccine review
* K–12 only. Self-pay only, cannot be used in combination with insurance. Offer good for one school/sports physical per patient per visit. Offer valid only for visits between 6/1–8/31.
