Frequently Asked Questions

How does the pop-up clinic work?

There are a few simple steps to make your visit to our Pop-up Clinic safe and easy.

Step 1 – schedule an appointment.

Step 2 – complete your online registration.

Step 3 – visit the vybe Pop-up Clinic on the day of the event.  The vybe team will be on site to direct you where to go and, when it’s your turn, you’ll step up onto the mobile unit and get your vaccine. After a minimum 15-minute observation period, that’s it!

Is the pop-up clinic safe?

Yes, we follow all of the same guidelines and protocols recommended by the CDC in our Mobile Pop-up Clinic as we use in our centers. These are outdoor events, and we’ll be asking patients to wear a mask and maintain social distance during the check-in process and during the minimum 15-minute observation period after the vaccine.

Which type of COVID-19 vaccine is offered?

We presently offer the Moderna vaccine.  At the time of your visit, we will schedule your second vaccine appointment, at least 28 days from the date of your first vaccine.

Do I need an appointment to visit the pop-up clinic?

Yes.  The appointment you’re scheduling is BEFORE you visit our Pop-up Clinic.   This helps expedite your vaccine, and allows us to plan a safe event.

  • Book your appointment
  • Complete your registration forms online
  • Visit the vybe mobile clinic for your vaccine

Once you schedule your appointment, please look for an email with details about your visit, including how to complete your registration online. By doing this prior to the day of your vaccine, you’ll be ready when you arrive for your appointment.

Is the pop-up clinic open rain or shine?

Yes, both the registration and observation areas are covered, so we operate in all weather. In the event of particularly bad weather that would delay or cancel vaccinations, we will post updates on this page, and notify any patients that have scheduled appointments during that time.
