How much does a COVID-19 test cost?

A lab-based RT-PCR test with a clinician visit is typically covered by insurance. However, we recommend confirming with your insurance provider for any out-of-pocket costs. For uninsured patients, please see our self-pay price list for the cost a clinician visit. A lab-based COVID test will have additional lab costs which will be billed separately by the lab.

Rapid COVID testing is self-pay only.
