Why did you decide to work in healthcare?

I thrive by providing the best experience, environment and opportunity for people to get great healthcare in a caring and professional environment where providers are singularly focused on service and the patient’s convenience.

What do you like most about working at vybe?

Vybe has a fresh, innovative approach to delivering great care. I am surrounded by talented and dedicated healthcare professionals who have the same goals that I do – the momentum that creates is very exciting surround me. There is a unique opportunity in urgent care to establish a high bar for superior quality by delivering evidence-based care – and I look forward to establishing vybe as a leader in this!

What’s your favorite area of Philadelphia? 

I can’t name a favorite! I love it all and enjoy exploring all the unique areas of Philadelphia.

What’s your favorite Philly sports team or event?

The Sixers! I trust the process.

What’s your favorite workout song?

Silence – I don’t work out to music!

What’s on your bucket list?

Any adventure with my family! I wake up every day motivated to experience as much learning and adventure as I can.

What show do you binge-watch?

Game of Thrones, Ray Donovan, True Detectives, Baskets, Silicon Valley – there is so much good TV right now, it’s hard to pick just one!

What’s your most helpful health tip?

You are what you consume. Anything you put in your body will impact your health – managing it with healthful portions and choices will improve health!

How do you find your vybe? (How do you stay healthy?)

I am a lifelong exercise junkie and adventure seeker. I prioritize working out every day, so I feel great and am prepared for upcoming adventures (skiing, hiking, or something else). It doesn’t hurt that it makes me feel good, too!
